I want to take this opportunity to thank Thermal Shield for the excellent quality windows and service. The extra effort that Pat offered by installing extra vinyl strips to cover up a space at the bottom of our windows (the interior sills were mounted 3/8″ too low when the house was built) was above and beyond my expectations.
